Order Cancellation Conditions
We understand that circumstances may change. Our cancellation eligibility is determined by the status of your order:

Unshipped Orders within 48 Hours: If you wish to cancel an order within 48 hours of placing it and the items have not yet been shipped, you may cancel the order directly for a full refund without any penalties.

Shipped Orders or Orders over 48 Hours: If more than 48 hours have passed since you placed the order, or if the order has already been dispatched (regardless of the timeframe), we are unable to cancel the order. In this specific situation, you must wait for the logistics carrier to deliver the items to your address. Once received, please contact us to initiate a return in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
Order Cancellation Process

Refund Instructions
Upon confirmation of a successful cancellation (or a completed return for shipped items):

Method: Refunds will be automatically issued to the original bank card account (Visa, MasterCard) used for the purchase.

Timeline: Depending on the processing efficiency of different card-issuing banks, we estimate the refund will arrive in your account within 1-5 business days.

Order Modification
If you need to change the shipping address or contact details rather than cancel the entire order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. We will attempt to modify the information before the order is processed by the warehouse. Once the order has been prepared for shipment or shipped, we cannot modify the address.
Cancellations Initiated by Us
We reserve the right to cancel an order for reasons including, but not limited to:

If we cancel your order, we will notify you immediately via email and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Refusal of Delivery
Please note that refusing to accept a delivery from the carrier does not constitute a valid order cancellation. If a package is refused upon delivery, it will be treated as a return. Any return shipping fees or restocking costs incurred may be deducted from your refund in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
