Delivery Range
We currently provide delivery services exclusively within Australia. We do not support shipping to countries other than Australia at this time.
Shipping Fees

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders totaling AUD 50.00 or more.

Standard Shipping Fee: For orders totaling less than AUD 50.00, a flat shipping fee of AUD 5.99 will be charged.
Taxes
All taxes and relevant fees are already included in the product price displayed on our website. You will not be required to pay any additional tax fees upon receipt of the goods.
Order Cut-off Time
Our order cut-off time is 6:00 PM (18:00) Australian Eastern Standard/Daylight Time (Australia/Sydney, AEST/AEDT).

Orders placed before 18:00 on a business day will begin processing on the same day.

Orders placed after 18:00 will be processed starting the next business day.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed starting the next available business day.
Handling Time
Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order from our warehouse.
Transit Time
Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated transit time is 5-8 business days.
Logistics Carriers
We use reliable carriers to ensure your furniture arrives safely. Our primary partners include Australia Post, StarTrack, Sendle, and Allied Express. We reserve the right to select the most appropriate carrier based on the size and weight of your items.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number, payment details, and carrier information with a tracking number.
To track your order, please visit the "Order Tracking" page on our website. Enter your email address or phone number along with your order number to view the current status of your shipment.
Liability Statement

Product Damage or Loss: If your item is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

Modifications and Cancellations: If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us before the item is dispatched. Once the item has been handed over to the carrier, we may not be able to intercept it.

Shipping Address Responsibility: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, re-shipping fees may apply.
Signing Instructions
Upon delivery, please inspect the packaging for any visible signs of damage before signing for the package. If you notice significant damage to the box, please note it on the delivery receipt or refuse the shipment and contact us immediately.
Unsuccessful Delivery
If you are not present at the time of delivery, the carrier may leave a card with instructions on how to collect your package from a local post office or depot, or how to arrange a re-delivery. Please follow the carrier's instructions promptly to avoid the package being returned to us.
Force Majeure
While we strive to meet the stated delivery times, transit times may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control, such as severe weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, or peak holiday seasons. We appreciate your patience in such instances.
